About the Job

Job Overview: The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining at the Country Club. Front-of-House Service Staff are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guests' needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.

General Responsibilities

• Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, and performing all other preparation tasks.
• Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties, and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items.
• Handle the table bookings, direct customers to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, inform customers about food preparation details, and communicate specific customer needs to the cooks.
• Maintain proper dining experience, deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer desserts and drinks, remove courses, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
• Properly open and pour wine at the tableside.
• Obtain revenues, issue receipts, accept payments, and correctly balance Server chits and receipts.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor.
• Fill in for absent staff as needed.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Greet all guests and Members warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort.

Pay
