Restaurant Servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. Servers play an important role in guest satisfaction. They represent the hotel to all guests, assisting with guest needs, and completing all daily duties and assigned projects utilizing the principles, policies, and standards of Hulsing Hotels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure guest satisfaction for all guests through proper progression of service sequence.
2. Service multiple tables and guests efficiently.
3. Know all menu item ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
4. Operate the POS system efficiently.
5. Maintain professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness in all guest interactions.
6. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or at least one (1) year of experience as a food and beverage server or related field.
• Previous hotel-related or customer service experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, empathetic, friendly, and proactive.
• Ability to represent the hotel professionally to guests.
