Responsibilities include coordinating opening duties, performing scheduled maintenance, and maintaining the building and equipment. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening duties with the team to ensure smooth startup.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely and according to the calendar.
• Provide maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain appearance of building and grounds including landscaping.
• Rotate stock and manage food storage areas.
• Monitor shelf life and dates on products.
• Maintain working knowledge of equipment operation.
• Complete scheduled equipment maintenance tasks.
