Culver's is seeking a Restaurant Readiness Specialist to help keep our Wisconsin locations running smoothly. You will coordinate opening duties, perform preventive maintenance, and keep both the interior and exterior areas in top condition to deliver a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties with opening team to ensure smooth startup.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely.
• Maintain interior/exterior appearance of Culver’s location.
• Keep building and grounds clean, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Stock rotation and proper food order handling.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Operate and understand restaurant equipment for daily needs.
• Complete planned maintenance on equipment.
