Papa Murphy's International is seeking an Application Specialist to manage the administration, configuration, support, testing, and continuous improvement of restaurant technology, with a focus on POS systems and related platforms. You will work closely with Operations, Marketing, Training, and vendors to support business objectives and guest experience.

The role requires hands-on restaurant operations or restaurant technology experience, with strong knowledge of POS platforms, preferably Toast

Formación

• 4+ years in restaurant technology, POS administration, or business app support.
• Experience in restaurant operations or multi-unit support required.
• Experience with Toast POS configuration, implementation, support, or administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, configure, and maintain POS systems, including menus and pricing.
• Maintain databases, catalogs, and vendor information.
• Configure, test, and deploy system changes for new items and promos.
• Serve as primary POS and restaurant technology SME.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide resolution or escalation.
• Conduct functional and integration testing for new apps.
• Document defects and coordinate with vendors for fixes.
• Support openings, transfers, conversions, and rollouts.
• Ensure POS integrates with inventory, accounting, online ordering, loyalty, etc.
• Maintain documentation and training materials.
• Provide training to operators and field teams.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support.
