Job summary

Major Food Group LLC is hiring Polishers to join our Carbone Miami team in Miami Beach. This back-of-house role involves stocking, opening and stocking supplies, polishing glasses and silverware, and ensuring dining room readiness. Open daytime and overnight shifts, require 0-1 years service experience, dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong punctuality. Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 years experience working in service industry.
• Dependable, hard-working, and punctual a must.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability a must - both daytime and overnight schedules available.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred supplies.
• Receive, open, unpack and stock restaurant supplies.
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room.
• Restock the dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments and linen, and maintain adequate supplies in the work stations when the dining room is open.
• Fold napkins and make extra place settings.
