COTE Miami in the Miami Design District seeks a focused dishwasher/utility to maintain clean dishware and support all service areas. You will polish glass and flatware, prep the dish pit, and help maintain a spotless, efficient kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, understand, follow written directions, and verbal instructions in English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain per policy.

Responsibilities

• Receives and polishes glassware, flatware, and service equipment.
• Removes defective items and maintains a spotless dish pit.
• Maintains cleanliness of dish pit and equipment; trains new staff as assigned.
• Assists other stations as needed and upholds safety standards.
