Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to focus on eight core areas: guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, local marketing, staff recruitment, safety, and teamwork. The day-to-day includes recruiting and rewarding team members, enforcing safety protocols, analyzing business records, and promoting sales.

You will guide staff, ensure compliance with health codes, and help prepare the restaurant for new marketing windows, events, and promotions while delivering hands-on career

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising and training staff.
• Education preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served properly.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and appealing at all times.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Recruit staff and oversee training and development.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain safety and security compliance and uphold health codes.
• Be a team player and support store leadership.
