Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations, ensuring hospitality, quality, and cleanliness. You will guide staff, resolve guest issues, and drive sales and efficiency while managing costs and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication with guests, team members, and managers.
• Ability to manage inventory, set team schedules, optimize labor hours, and drive sales.
• Ability to use data to measure performance, productivity, sales, goals, and KPIs.
• Experience with financial statements, profit and loss statements and expense reporting.
• Proficient in typical desktop software programs and restaurant operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall team commitment to Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness.
• Handle and resolve guest issues with the commitment to satisfactory resolution.
• Provide guidance to other employees with an emphasis on operational excellence.
• Focus on efficiencies in production, labor and food costs.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order at all times.
• Maintain good vendor relations.
• Promote the delivery and rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, technology, operational programs and procedures.
• Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth and employee retention.
• Other responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position.
