Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window.
• Planning special events and promotions.
