The RAM leads and coaches Team Members and collaborates with the management team to uphold Circle K standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting interviews, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety, managing cash and inventory, and completing required reports.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
• Supervise the team in RM absence.
• Lead and coach team members; ensure guest satisfaction.

• Provide training on new products and procedures.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
