Job summary

Default CKE Brand is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing daily operations at a Hardee’s restaurant in Mount Juliet, TN. You will help recruit, train, and coach staff to achieve results in people, customer satisfaction, sales, and profit.

You will model Core Values, ensure adherence to standards, and supervise shifts while focusing on food safety, service quality, and operational efficiency across all daily parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily operations to support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM).
• Model CKE Core Values and develop high-performing employees through training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across product prep, service, and facilities.
• Monitor and train staff on all positions during shifts; supervise restaurant operations.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, and basic financial oversight; travel between locations as needed.
• Resolve customer issues, drive customer-focused culture, and support sales and profit goals.
