Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking an Associate Partner to support the Operating Partner in daily restaurant operations, driving sales, profitability, and a strong culture while ensuring a consistent guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and operational excellence, with a required flexible schedule including mornings, days, and weekends, and a minimum 50-hour work week to meet restaurant needs.

Qualifications

• Three to five years restaurant management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication with guests and staff
• Excellent guest service with professional demeanor
• Ability to read and interpret sales analysis, COGS, P&L
• Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence
• Strong math skills for proportions and percentages
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to operate store software and maintain confidentiality
• Must pass background check per company standards

Responsabilités

• Uphold Freddy’s and KMG standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
• Apply situational management to daily operations.
• Correct operational mistakes to satisfy guests.
• Provide motivational support to team members.
• Manage team schedules.
• Lead with a supportive presence during shifts.
• Plan and implement required training programs.
• Assess performance and coach team members.
• Foster a guest- and team-focused culture.
• Improve efficiencies in production, labor, and food costs.
• Maintain equipment and vendor relations.
• Communicate with leadership on operational improvements.
• Resolve guest issues with satisfactory resolutions.
• Support strategies for sales growth and staff retention.
• Handle morning, day, and evening shifts including weekends.
• Be available at least 50 hours per week.
