Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking an Associate Partner to support the Operating Partner in day-to-day restaurant operations. You will provide leadership, motivate the team, manage schedules, and help drive sales, profitability, and culture while maintaining customer experience and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Three to five years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills with professional manners.
• Ability to read and interpret sales analysis, COGS, P&L, invoices, and manuals.
• Strong math skills for calculating figures, percentages, and comparisons.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Pass background check per company standards.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 50 hours per week when required.

Responsibilities
