Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and coach the team. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to maintain brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will supervise team members, manage cash and inventory, and help train staff while upholding safety and quality standards. This is a full-time role with opportunities to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records; completes end of shift and end of day paperwork; communicates discrepancies.
• In RM absence, completes daily, weekly and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders.
