We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee FOH and BOH operations, ensuring guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times. To succeed, you should be familiar with restaurant operations, have 2+ years of experience in hospitality, and be available to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Ability to perform basic math and generate reports.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to maintain guest service and food quality standards.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities to reduce operating expenses.
• Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver a positive dining experience.
