Wendy’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards. With GM support, you will drive customer service, training and development, and sales and profit growth across the entire restaurant team, while creating a fun, inviting work environment that reflects Wendy’s core values daily.

You will lead by example, ensure adherence to standards, and work to develop the team through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of restaurant team to achieve strategic initiatives and operating standards.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong numerical skills for computing rates, ratios, and percent; capable of deriving insights from data.
