Circle K in Bridgeville, PA is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and lead the team during shifts.

This full-time role focuses on guest service, safety, and brand standards, with flexible availability including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required and strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and handle housekeeping duties
• Assign shift duties and ensure completion
• Ensure compliance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Coaches staff on food prep and production management
• Assist with training and new product rollout
• Maintain cash, sales, and inventory records during shifts
• Complete end-of-shift/day paperwork and report discrepancies
• In RM's absence, complete daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety codes
• Partner with RM to meet financial and operational targets
