• Ability to analyze reports, inventory, cash control, employment forms, etc. using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees (Assistant Manager, Lead CSR, CSR).
• Recruit, hire and train staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
