Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead staff, manage processes, and execute strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You will support in daily operations and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant management experience, with responsibility for budgeting, P&L, and supervising 5–10+ employees. Flexibility with scheduling is essential, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales >$1M.
• 1+ years affecting budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Shifts include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean facility and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders to meet service expectations.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
