• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and support changes to improve opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
