Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts to meet quality, service, and atmosphere goals.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, food safety and restaurant safety practices.
• Assist in executing the restaurant's business plan under direction of the Director and owner.
• Monitor and react to P&L drivers: inventory, labor, and cash controls.
• Assist in strategies to increase average meal checks and Fan visits.
• Ensure Fan service meets company standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
