You will participate in team collaboration, training, and ensuring the team delivers consistent, high-quality guest experiences, while upholding integrity and promoting from within opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of management experience.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• ServSafe certification by end of training.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant.
• Participate in the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
• Help achieve restaurant objectives and uphold ethical business practices.
• Promote a positive team environment and delight customers.
