Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Ability to communicate in English is required.
• Must have access to adequate transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains brand image with cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
• Treats all team members with respect and dignity.
• Follows guidelines and protocols for daily activities to achieve excellence.
• Encourages teams to deliver excellent guest service and food quality per brand standards.
• Work with team members to drive long-term sales growth initiatives.
• Reviews and adjusts practices to improve guest experience.
• Support GM to identify and train internal candidates for Shift Lead roles.
• Assist in training employees and ensure operations align with standards.
• Interact with guests and community; address questions and complaints professionally.
• Escalate concerns to the General Manager as needed.
• Assist GM in analyzing restaurant performance and costs.
• Identify trends and implement improvement actions.
• Monitor costs and adherence to budget and goals.
• Comply with state and federal labor laws.
