Job summary

Wendy's Assistant Manager is responsible for daily operations and staff at a Wendy’s restaurant, focusing on staffing, training and scheduling to build and retain a 5-star team. Under the General Manager, you will help coach and develop the team, creating a fun, inviting work environment where employees feel respected and valued.

You’ll support the GM in people and operations, uphold brand standards, ensure great food and service, and serve as the face of the restaurant to new hires and guests

Qualifications

• Minimum of years of experience leading people in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in foodservice or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a team and manage daily operations.
