Job summary

Wendy's is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations under the General Manager, with a focus on staffing, training, and scheduling. You’ll identify top talent, onboard new hires, and coach team members to deliver Dave Thomas’s standards and delight every customer.

You’ll support coaching and development, help maintain a fun, respectful workplace, and ensure food safety and quality across shifts. Travel to other Wendy’s locations may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant with a focus on staffing, training and scheduling.
• Coach and develop team members to create a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued.
• Support the General Manager in people and operations areas for a Wendy’s restaurant.
• Ensure shifts run smoothly and guests are served with consistency and quality.
