Job summary

Raydal Hospitality LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain FAB standards. The AGM assists the General Manager with scheduling, ordering merchandise, and staff development to ensure consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Serv Safe certified recommended (we provide training upon hiring)
• Computer literate and basic Math skills.
• An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Draw up weekly schedules for staff.
• Order merchandise and supplies.
• Assist the General Manager with training, recruiting, promotions and planning.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
