Job summary

Raydal Hospitality LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and uphold FAB standards across all menu items.

You will help with weekly scheduling, inventory orders, and assist the General Manager with training, recruiting, promotions and planning to drive exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates bring leadership in full-service dining, Serv Safe mindset, and flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Serv Safe certification recommended.
• Computer literate and basic Math skills.
• Ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure day-to-day restaurant operations run smoothly.
• Draw up weekly schedules.
• Order merchandise and manage inventory.
• Assist GM with training, recruiting, promotions and planning.
