HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You will lead and support the Restaurant team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards to drive guest satisfaction.

Based in a hotel setting, you will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager and have opportunities for advancement within the hospitality

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus!
• A combination of education and experience

• You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, coordinating daily operations, and overseeing budgets and inventory.
