Job summary

Donatos Pizza in Kentucky is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee restaurant quality, services, and training. You will coach associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly, honest service, and you may open or close the store while handling administrative duties and safety.

You will manage staffing, costs, and inventory, enforce labor laws, and drive customer satisfaction through feedback loops and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Donatos Team Lead.
• Must complete Donatos MIT Program and all corresponding certifications.
• Familiarity with labor laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Opens and/or closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures.
• Manages people, product and equipment to deliver the Mission & Promise.
• Maintains safety files and health/food safety binder for Associates.
• Monitors coupon usage and sales reports.
• Completes required forms in DNET for quality, safety, and incidents.
• Coaches staff to meet Donatos service standards.
• Controls food, labor and costs through training and coaching.
• Adjusts staffing for volume changes.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through feedback programs and callbacks.
• Trains oven cleaning and maintenance per Donatos standards.
• Ensures shift execution with checklists and plans.
• Maintains cash controls and deposits.
