Job summary

Donatos is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the United States, Ohio region to lead daily operations, ensure food quality, and deliver outstanding guest service. This role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and hands-on coaching of Associates to uphold Donatos standards.

You will oversee opening/closing, staffing, budgeting, and customer satisfaction initiatives while maintaining adherence to health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Basic Math and Reading skills required.
• Ohio PIC ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Opens and/or closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures and completes assigned paperwork.
• Manages the people, product, and equipment of the restaurant to deliver the Mission & Promise.
• Manages safety files and health and food safety binder for all Associates.
• Evaluate coupon usage and detailed altered sales report.
• Consistently completes required forms in DNET for product quality, credit card refunds, safety incidents, and other reports.
• Takes personal responsibility and ownership for managing Product Quality, Service, and Prosperity.
