Job summary

Hawaiian Bros Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead opening and ongoing operations for high-volume locations.

You will build a strong team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales and profitability in a fast-casual environment. This hands-on leader will manage labor, food cost, and brand standards, coach shift leaders, and develop a bench of leaders while maintaining a welcoming, Aloha Spirit culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience required.
• Experience managing teams and restaurant operations.
• Ability to analyze sales, labor, and operational reports.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Restaurant Operations and lead a high-volume fast-casual site.
• Drive operational excellence, guest experience, and brand standards.
• Manage scheduling and labor to balance service quality and cost.
• Analyze operational reports and adjust to improve performance.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of team leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulations.
