Job summary

Fazoli's Restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise, direct, and control assigned shifts according to company policies and standards. You will support the General Manager and help achieve restaurant growth and profitability through People.Sales.Profit initiatives.

You will work with the General Manager to develop the team, build community relationships, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Must complete Fazoli's training and certifications including SERV Safe.
• External Candidates: 1 year minimum Assistant Manager experience; Internal: 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
• Must be available a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Background, motor vehicle report, and reference checks required.
