Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding our standards and culture.

You will supervise shift operations, open/close, manage cash, serve customers, and lead Crewmembers while ensuring safety and cleanliness. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth across locations and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Uses forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the Restaurant.
