McDonald’s franchisee is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and oversee departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory.

You will hire, train, schedule crew, motivate staff, and strive to meet sales and profit goals; prior managerial experience preferred in hospitality. This role offers room for growth and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for fast-paced work.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager at a corporate-owned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Managers may also lead specific departments, overseeing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, oversee sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food; maintain food safety; control food costs; and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Managers hire qualified crew, provide training, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals. They also ensure crew members start well and receive motivation and recognition throughout their employment.
