Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including training, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Experience with restaurant or retail operations, including service standards, food safety, and shift management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues professionally and constructively.
• Basic financial and administrative skills, such as managing labor, inventory, cash handling, and reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to an inclusive, respectful workplace and supporting diverse team members and guests.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or multi-unit operations management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality food and service.
• Lead and develop Associates, provide coaching and performance feedback.

• Monitor food safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory and ordering.
• Maintain cash handling and other operational controls.
