You will manage budgets, enforce health and safety standards, optimize inventory, and drive revenue while maintaining quality. Flexible hours including weekends. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with expertise in POS systems and food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including F&B knowledge
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and MS Office
• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service
