You will assist the Unit General Manager in delivering outstanding guest service, upholding brand standards, and sustaining a positive culture. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff, monitoring sanitation and safety, managing opening/closing procedures, and coordinating records, invoices, and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Adaptability to a diverse workforce; ability to support leadership goals.
• Basic understanding of P&L concepts (labor, sales, cost).

Responsibilities

• Assist Unit General Manager in overseeing operations and culture.
• Ensure food and service meet brand standards.
• Monitor sanitation, health and safety requirements and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Oversee staff training and supervision during shifts.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures, records, invoices, and maintenance coordination.
