Job summary

Areas USA, Inc is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Unit General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations at our Nashville location. You will help deliver exceptional results, reinforce a great culture, and build strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with Food and Beverage standards and company policies.

You will supervise staff during shifts, monitor health and safety, assist in paperwork, and help maintain opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for location including labor, sales, and COG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to deliver exceptional results and maintain client relationships.
• Assure training and supervision of all personnel during shifts to provide prompt, courteous service.
• Monitor health, safety, and liquor regulations per state/local guidelines.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and store security.
• Resolve customer complaints using company standards and procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and standards in food and beverage delivery and storage.
