Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano is seeking a Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests in Naperville. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, ensure food and beverage standards, and manage schedules and costs to maintain superior service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dining Room Manager in a table-service restaurant.
• Current Food Safety and Sanitation certification.
• Current Alcohol Training certification.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Willingness to travel for management training.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest service.
• Hire and train restaurant staff following policies.
• Uphold standards for food preparation and service.
• Address guest concerns and solve problems.
• Create staff schedules and control costs.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Perform facility management and staff performance appraisals.
