Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, and to build a team that delivers memorable hospitality. You will drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and event support, while coaching hourly staff in a fast-paced environment to maintain service standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade; maintain service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and deliver great guest service.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
