Over Easy Goodyear is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, uphold brand standards, and elevate guest experiences daily. You will own the guest journey, supervise staff, and ensure operational excellence across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on management to maintain a warm, energetic environment while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience with a team of 10+.
• Must maintain valid certifications and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Clear communication and ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example with a strong, positive presence during all shifts.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Direct staffing, floor coverage, and team performance.
• Work on the floor Wednesday-Sunday focusing on staff support and guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility including all equipment and workspaces.
• Ensure every guest receives attentive, friendly, and timely service.
