Over Easy seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team and own the guest experience, ensuring every visit leaves guests happier. You will supervise operations, coach staff, and uphold brand standards across front and back of house.

Work on the floor Wednesday-Sunday to manage staffing and guest experience, and partner with the General Manager to drive service excellence. A positive leader with strong communication and hygiene discipline will thrive in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience with a team of 10+.
• Must maintain valid Certified Food Protection Manager and Title 4 Manager certifications.
• Able to communicate clearly with teammates and leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Maintains exceptional hygiene and grooming standards.
