Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a restaurant operations leader to oversee day-to-day facility performance at our Fort Drum location. You will enforce NBFF and Exchange standards, manage finances, staffing, and training, and coordinate local and brand marketing initiatives. A rotating schedule including days, nights, and weekends is required.

The role emphasizes customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and staff mentorship to meet volume standards and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant or related food service operations experience.
• Or successful completion of NBFF training or the Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA).
• If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures day-to-day facility performance. Promotes great customer service, safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with all NBFF and Exchange standards.
• Develops and mentors associates and supervisors. Training/follow-up of staff.
• Performs administrative/financial duties to plan and budget facility resources.
• Coordinates timely implementation of all local and brand marketing plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ideal candidate can work a rotating/ varied schedule that will include days, nights, and weekends within the facility operating hours posted below to include prep and closing.
