Job summary

Talentify seeks a hands-on supervisor for the Peak & Pine Plains Bowling Center at Fort Drum. You will oversee restaurant operations, support serving, hosting, or cooking during peak hours, and help set the pace for smooth service in a busy military recreation environment.

You will enforce standards, monitor guest flow and service times, manage guest experiences, and perform opening/closing security checks, cash and inventory tasks, and timekeeping, with occasional reassignment to other

Qualifications

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required.
• Background checks and E-Verify may be required.
• Food handler’s certificate required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Irregular schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Pre-employment checks in accordance with Army Regulation 215-3.

Responsibilities

• Oversees restaurant operations, assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking during peak hours to maintain flow.
• Enforces standards, ensures staff follow schedules, recipes, and procedures, and monitors guest flow and service times.
• Manages guest experience through table visits, ensuring satisfaction and seeking assistance when necessary.
• Handles administrative duties including cash and inventory, supervising timekeeping and performance reporting, and performing opening/closing security checks.
