Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Texas locations. The role requires 2+ years of leadership in QSR, retail, or hospitality, with a focus on guest experience, sales growth, and team development.

You will schedule staff, manage inventory, monitor costs, and uphold company standards while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Bonus eligibility and flexible scheduling add attractive incentives to this leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
