Everyday Coffee Company in the United States seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting, delivering warm, friendly, fast experiences. You will hire, train, and mentor staff while driving sales, managing costs, and maintaining high operational standards.

You will bring 2+ years of leadership experience, a passion for guest service, strong communication, and a track record of building strong teams. Crunchtime/HotSchedules experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• W2+ years leading people in restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results and build teams.
