ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is seeking skilled restaurant managers to lead operations and deliver the One-of-a-Kind Sonny’s experience across locations. The role emphasizes hiring, training, coaching, and maintaining an engaging guest environment.

Managers are expected to drive excellence, oversee hourly teams, and ensure consistent service quality. Benefits include a comprehensive package with health coverage, retirement matching, and vacation support.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant environment.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly staff and address their needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Oversee hourly performance and follow up to meet company standards.
• Respond to immediate store needs.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Enforce all operations policies, procedures, and programs in the store.
• Work at least 45 hours per week, with possible 50 hours during peak seasons.
• Report information to General Manager through plans of action, goals, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
