ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and develop hourly teams. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, ensuring a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant management experience, strong interpersonal and mathematical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time role requiring long hours and dedication.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process to hire, train and develop, schedule, and evaluate hourly team members in his/her store.
• Ensure that our restaurants have safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Act as the go-to resource for hourly team members, addressing their needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly team members for smooth shifts.
• Oversee hourly team performance through follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Execute all store operations policies and programs.
