Job summary

Sauced BBQ& Spirits in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a full-time hospitality manager to lead FOH and kitchen teams and to ensure service, food quality, and sanitation standards are met. You will forecast sales and labor, drive top-line performance with servers and bartenders, and step in wherever needed to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires supervising shifts, hiring for the Sacramento location, and collaborating with HR on staff issues impacting finances.

Qualifications

• 40 hours minimum per week; longer hours may be required.
• Eligible for 10 days of paid time off (PTO) annually.
• Bonus structure paid quarterly based on measurables.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and management of all FOH and kitchen staff and managers.
• Open and close restaurant shifts throughout the year, including holidays.
• Supervise FOH employees during shifts; document issues and discipline as needed.
• Assist in writing timely sales and labor forecasts and communicate with owner/CEO.
• Implement sales building techniques with servers, hosts and bartenders.
• Fill in wherever needed in the restaurant when staff are absent.
• Maintain proper food/beverage handling processes to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop yourself and staff on Sauced standards in service, food quality, and sanitation.
• Maintain communication with HR on staff issues that could impact finances.
• Hire and maintain staff for Sacramento location and develop management team.
• Adhere to and manage budgets for P&L items: Labor, COG, Sales and Profit.
